How Long Can I Plank For?

The following two videos are my favorite core workouts and the core workouts that I personally do at the end of all of my workouts, without fail, even if my workout already contains a core exercise drill within it.

I simply rotate between the two core workouts to mix up my routine and to challenge different core muscles.
