This is one question I cannot give you a definitive answer.
It depends on how well you stick to the program, how different the food is for you this week compared to what you normally eat (and drink), how intense you exercise, your physical ability and movement capability, hormones, age, sex, and the list just keeps going on and on.
There are just too many variables that impact weight loss to give you a definitive answer. Therefore, I cannot tell you an exact number.
However, what I can tell you is that to-date, 100% of clients that have signed up to the program, and stuck to the program exactly as outlined, have lost weight, lost centimeters and improved their fitness.
You can’t not. By following a carefully designed low-calorie meal plan and expert designed exercise routine, you can’t not achieve positive results.
It just depends on an individual level how big your results, and what you will achieve this week, will be. However, I can tell you from over a decade of experience seeing first hand (and also hearing and reading) clients results, if you stick to the program as outlined, your results will be incredible and you will feel awesome.
But please don’t expect to lose 5-10 kilograms (10-20 pounds) this week. It’s not going to happen.
The exercise plan in conjunction with your meal plan is designed to help you lose weight healthily. Therefore, the focus isn’t just losing weight like you would a detox (that would just see you put the lost weight back on). Everything is designed so that you lose weight and set yourself up to continue losing weight long after this week.
Therefore, if you are only after super fast weight loss, like a detox or fad diet, this is NOT the program for you. However, if you want awesome results (slower than a detox) that you can sustain and keep off, then this program is for you.
