What equipment do I need?

You will need a set of dumbbells and an exercise mat (or carpet) to complete the workouts this week.

Will the exercise be too hard for me?

In the majority of my workouts you will have a choice in regards to the difficulty level of the workout. For example, in my HIIT workouts you will choose from beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts (along with low-impact options also) to follow along to. Therefore, you can, and will, exercise at your own level and ability.

You are also in complete control your workouts and can work at your own speed and intensity, and you can modify any day of exercise as you see fit – I will provide guidance on this within the program also.

How much time do I need to allocate per day to the program?

1 to 3 hours per day.

Your program will typically include two workouts per day – which will take approx. 50-60 minutes to complete. You can choose to complete both of these workouts per day, or just the one.

I also recommend you complete a 15-minute relaxation at the end of each day.

You will also require time to prepare meals and I also recommend you allocate time each day to read my success e-book so that you can continue moving towards your goals once this week is completed.

Therefore, you could spend as little as one hour per day on the program, or completely immerse yourself in the week and spend 3-5 hours per day on the program. The choice is yours. Both will achieve fantastic results.

Is one week enough to get results?

Absolutely. You can achieve incredible results in one week.

Whilst you have to be realistic and understand that you can only achieve a limited amount in one week, and you will obviously need to continue exercising and eating healthy to achieve your health and fitness goals which will often take a lot longer then one week to achieve, members have reported fantastic improvements in their fitness and achieved weight loss in just one week.

This week therefore isn’t designed to achieve your goals in one week. That is unrealistic.

This week is designed to give you an incredible kick start to losing weight or as a reset to help you get back on track, both physically and mentally, and it is designed to equip you with the knowledge to continue moving towards your goals, both in the short-term and the long-term.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

This is one question I cannot give you a definitive answer.

It depends on how well you stick to the program, how different the food is for you this week compared to what you normally eat (and drink), how intense you exercise, your physical ability and movement capability, hormones, age, sex, and the list just keeps going on and on.

There are just too many variables that impact weight loss to give you a definitive answer. Therefore, I cannot tell you an exact number.

However, what I can tell you is that to-date, 100% of clients that have signed up to the program, and stuck to the program exactly as outlined, have lost weight, lost centimeters and improved their fitness.

You can’t not. By following a carefully designed low-calorie meal plan and expert designed exercise routine, you can’t not achieve positive results.

It just depends on an individual level how big your results, and what you will achieve this week, will be. However, I can tell you from over a decade of experience seeing first hand (and also hearing and reading) clients results, if you stick to the program as outlined, your results will be incredible and you will feel awesome.

But please don’t expect to lose 5-10 kilograms (10-20 pounds) this week. It’s not going to happen.

The exercise plan in conjunction with your meal plan is designed to help you lose weight healthily. Therefore, the focus isn’t just losing weight like you would a detox (that would just see you put the lost weight back on). Everything is designed so that you lose weight and set yourself up to continue losing weight long after this week.

Therefore, if you are only after super fast weight loss, like a detox or fad diet, this is NOT the program for you. However, if you want awesome results (slower than a detox) that you can sustain and keep off, then this program is for you.

Is everything online?

Yes. Everything is online. You will receive all content via email and my website.

Do I receive a personalised exercise and nutrition plan?

No. This is NOT an individualised program designed specifically for you and only you.

Your exercise routine, workouts and meal plans are plans that thousands of clients before you have also used to achieve incredible results. Therefore, they are tried and tested, and they work. They work extremely well.

However, if you want specialised and individualised exercise and meal plans based on your specific needs and requirements, this is NOT the program for you.
