For more than 20 years, I’ve helped tens of thousands of people transform their bodies, improve their fitness, and create lasting lifestyle change. My mission is simple: to help as many people as possible become the best version of themselves, both physically and mentally.
Over the years, I’ve authored multiple health and fitness books, operated Australia’s leading weight loss and fitness retreat for more than 15 years, and personally trained thousands of clients – including television personalities, politicians and athletes. I also mentor and educate future fitness professionals through Cert III and IV in Fitness training programs, so you can feel confident knowing you’re in experienced hands.
Health and fitness isn’t just my profession – it’s my passion. Aside from my family, nothing inspires me more than helping people unlock their true potential, build confidence, and create positive change in every area of life.
