Fat Burning Cardio Workout That You Can Follow Along To

Hi everyone and welcome to my website,

It is my pleasure to share with you some of my workouts, starting with a FREE 10 minute HIIT workout that you can start using from today.

So put your exercise gear on and follow along with me today.

Follow-Along HIIT Workout

 In this HIIT Workout you will be completing 40/20 intervals. This simply means that you will be completing 40 seconds of a cardio exercise, followed by a 20 second rest period. You will repeat this 10 times (sets), performing a different cardio exercise each set.

NOTE: I have put a low-impact exercise alternative in the top right corner of video for anyone who needs low-impact exercises.
