What equipment do I need?

You need a set of dumbbells and an exercise mat to complete the workouts.

Will the exercise be too hard for me?

In the majority of my workouts you will have a choice in regards to the difficulty level of the workout. For example, in my HIIT workouts you will choose from beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts (along with low-impact options also) to follow along to. Therefore, you can, and will, exercise at your own level and ability.

You are also in complete control your workouts and can work at your own speed and intensity, and you can modify your workouts whenever you need.

Is everything online?

Yes. Everything is online. You will receive all content via email and my website.

Can I really cancel any time?

Absolutely. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. No questions asked at all.

Do I get personalised workouts and meal plans?

No. This is NOT an individualised program designed specifically for you and only you.
