Why is There No Exercise In This Pack?

This Weight Loss Starter Pack has been designed to empower you with the information you require to lose weight and keep it off, with a particular focus on nutrition and mindset.

The reason for this is that the best place to start losing weight is focusing on your nutrition and mindset, while doing whatever exercise you are capable of at this given point in time. For example, for many people who haven’t exercised for years, it is often best to start gently by either walking or exercising in the pool (aqua aerobics, swimming or even walking in water).

It also gives you the added flexibility to do whatever exercise you want to do, or are already doing. Therefore, this pack is also perfect for someone who already has a personal trainer, participates in group sessions at the gym or has an exercise routine already in place.

However, while this pack does not contain an exercise program to follow, within MY60 you will be guided to exercise (your choice of what exercise) and I will also email you some free workout videos that you can also incorporate into your daily/weekly routine if you need guidance.

You can also sign up to one of my other packs that contain exercise if you want everything laid out for you.

How Much Weight Can I Expect to Lose?

Unfortunately, this is one question I cannot give you a definitive answer and any guarantees at all.

It all comes down to what YOU do.

This pack and all information within it is designed to empower you with the knowledge you require to take action. However, it all comes down to what you do and how committed you are to achieving your goals.

Therefore, I cannot tell you an exact number or even guarantee you results (for example, if you read my e-books and don’t take action you obviously aren’t going to achieve anything).

However, what I can tell you is that to-date, 100% of clients that I have ever trained with a goal of losing weight and who have implemented the information within my e-books, have lost weight, lost centimeters and improved their fitness.

But please don’t expect to lose 5-10 kilograms (10-20 pounds) the first week. It’s not going to happen.

Therefore, the focus isn’t just losing weight like you would a detox (that would just see you put the lost weight back on).
